The Prism.K12 website allows users to create profiles containing a variety of personal and other information, including name, email address, password, location (country, state, and zip code), and professional information (e.g., grades and subjects taught).  The website also allows educators to participate in online forums.  To post in the forums, participants must disclose their name and/or email address to other users, and may elect to disclose a variety of other information.

Children twelve and under

The Phillips Collection does not solicit information from children. Visitors 12 years of age and under should remember that they are required to obtain an adult’s permission before submitting any personal information to this or any other website.
